They are genetically engineered to ignore every pain and use all their strength to disarm and then use the female warriors as sextoy and pump them full of seed, to conquer them this way and show them their place. Honestly it would be waste to just kill them, instead turn them into cumdumpsters for the troups, it's good for morale. :]
