Well SNK Playmore did make like three games in a series under the name Doki Doki Majo Shinpan! for the DS where you can eventually get to points where you can fondle various school girls. And I'm pretty sure that the touch, look, etc. icons in this pic are making a reference to those games, actually.

Didn't the Dragonball game have a scene where Bulma drops her shorts? If I remember, they had her pussy conviently hidden between the top and bottom screen, but they also lined up where it would be with the dash (microphone?) in the center.
