Not sure about this; the kanji used for the three is a special character usually used for antifraud purposes in banking and such, so there might be a hidden meaning I'm not getting.

Post-translatory note: the use of the fancy anti-fraud character for "three" is completely normal; apparently it just looks a bit fancier than using δΈ‰.
