With her arms chained to her collar like that, she'll be in a world of pain. She'll have to spent energy holding her arms up. The longer she does this, the more tired she gets, but if she tries to rest, the weight of her arms will cause the collar to start choking her. She'd better have some serious endurance, otherwise she'll strangle herself to death pretty quickly.
