I remember this exploit. Not as bad as the one where the Sniper can shoot through the gap (got killed that way on XBOX360 version of Orange Box).

Sometimes the Soldier Kamikaze taunt can glitch the gate and kill people as well, but it rare to happen(although I did it a few time :P)
Most common exploit is Jarate, Mad Milk, Wrap Assassin and Sand Man (do it under 10 second of the match start and you will get a slight advantage).
