Really too detailed. She would just have a slightly shaped bulge, not where it looks like the organs are outside of her body.

I didn't like it much at first, but it's an okay artistic choice, especially since its trying to show that she Literally might burst and die from this. The fact that it's so detailed is showing that her intestines are being filled with something so big and thick and abnormal that you can see it bulging out of her stomach. She is going through unimaginable hell....T-T
