Anon2; a fan of Skullgirls game came up with a design for the Black Egrets' Sniper, which is Juju. Lab Zero drew up this design, and she was GOING to be one of the potential DLC characters... Except that the fan who came up with Juju's design is a complete fucktard who caused some drama over it.

In the end, he got to keep Juju, apparently, because Lab Zero will no longer use her.
