I don't think this is an original. I'm pretty sure that's Kanzaki Ranko from Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls. Her hair ribbons are different, but the hair style is identical.

Ok, whoever marked my comment down, seriously? Same fucking hairstyle, hair color, etc. It's CLEARLY Ranko. She even has that whole vampire alternate persona going. How can it not be her?
