I think the reason Manyuu hikenchou was such an erotically epic ecchi was due to Hiraku Kaneko being given a great amount of creative freedom with the source material. Epic tits doing epic things is already in line with my favorite fetish, but with Kaneko's input changing certain things from the manga or adding new scenes with big plump nipples, the most fluid animation of big tits I've ever seen, and a realistic take on breast flopping and smacking sound effects made the show my all time favorite ecchi.

seikon no qwaser blew me away when I first saw it due to the attention to detail given to boobs, but I think manyuu perfected the formula with a plot basically all about breast worship and expansion. When I saw how big chifusa's tits were in the first special I knew we were in for greatness...

Seikon no Qwasar was great, but I felt it took itself too seriously for a series about breast sucking superpowers. Manyuu, on the other hand, knows it is ridiculous and sexy, and goes to 11 with it. And that is why it is amazing.
