That was probably added because it's ambiguous whether one of the tentacles is going into her ass or her vagina. However, only one of them should really be used, so either "double_anal" should be removed or "triple_vaginal" should be changed to "double_vaginal".

A half second looking at the Pixiv page didn't give me any useful information for determining which it is, and I really don't care, so I'll let you guys decide.
