Would this hurt him? Yes, in the sense that it would be painful. Would it stop him? No, because he can regenerate body parts the same way Piccolo can.

Reimu would have to do a LOT more than this to defeat him.

The thing about DBZ characters is that they've been shown to be very weak towards plain old magic. It kind of hard counters them.

That spit that turns people to stone, that sealing move used in early dragonball, buu turning people into candy.

All the touhou girls use that kind of magic. GG
