In reality, skill wouldn't matter. Ichigo has ridiculous powers beyond that of a normal person. The most skilled marksman in the world with a handgun wouldn't be able to stand against a tank.

id say it whud be prity iven, both fighters are speed based not power.

bothe haw ranged skills and near the same movment skill.

the major downfall of kenshin is his insentiv not to kill/go all out tho whith isent a problem for ishigo.

Where yes Ichigo does have extreme power and every ability in the bleachverse. If it came down to a fight, Kenshin out skills Ichigo, given Ichigo's battles are all straight forward him trying to overpower someone else. It's an amateur (Ichigo) vs a master (Kenshin).

Though you could argue with that above.

But given this is a game, everyone as same level to balance it out, else Aizen, Madara, Frieza, and Toguro would be unstopable. (Which Aizen can't be killed) Just sayin.
