Huh, I think this is from the alternate time-line seen in one of the drama CD's, where I-No gets Ky killed and kills Dr Baldhead herself because she's a troll like that. Sol and Potemkin are in the Holy Order and May leads the Jelly Fish pirates (hence the death portrait for Cell who is the same guy who voiced Johnny in Japanese I think?). Though technically I-No should be a ghost as well, since I think that Dizzy snaps after I-No abuses her and blows I-No the fuck up.
Then if I recall correctly That Man presses the universal reset button, as he apparently planned it all specifically so that I-No would see what a terrible fucking idea it would be to mess up the time-stream. Don't think the lesson stuck very well, considering AC+.
