How to draw a soft stomach
The stomach has relatively few curves, and is a difficult body part to draw so it looks sensual. There are many tutorials on how to draw various muscles, but it is a lot of work to learn all of them! And to top it off you don't usually draw a lot of them on a girl stomach.
This is a beginner's guide to drawing not only abdominal muscles, but on how to take into account bones and internal organs as well. I think this will help make stomach shading easier as well.
If the body bends over, the longitudinal muscle of the stomach will stand out more. The same is true of the viscera, which will stretch length-wise, becoming flatter. The pit of the stomach, meanwhile, forms a small hollow.
Keeping the three-part body plan in mind, bending over forward is easy!
The navel varies from person to person, but its shape is always affected by how the stomach moves! Be sure to match navel and stomach properly.
The belly button says almost everything about the stomach. Be mindful of position/shape!

If a stomach is in a stooped posture then the viscera will look smaller. This is much like the odd way a Gundam arm bends. A stooped, bulging stomach is like to be mistaken for fat, which is why
the viscera, pelvis, heart and lungs, competing with each other from space, will begin to disappear partway, like the song More than a Feeling (1976). Not many people give requisite thought to this.

If you make the waist too flat the ass ends up looking big...

The abdomen has the ribs, the viscera underneath, and the plate (hips) on which the visceral is placed.
When drawing the abdomen, think of it as three lines from these three parts! (check tl)

The viscera on the plate (hips) feels like an egg.
You can't see it from the side or front, but it's slightly raised when you look at it diagonally. (check tl)
In addition to the three lines, the lines around the skirt, bra, etc. are important! Here you can create a three-dimensional effect with them. It's hard to do because of the belly. (check tl)
