So you don't have to run over, the Artist's notes

1. Oh my, she is pregnant! Well, again general standing pose at first.
2. Though that I would try to make her act as if she was doing her best to ignore her cumbersome body. Note that she obviously have some back pains.
3. Sayaka joins in, apparently trying to change Sachiko's mind. Sachiko just goes on and shares her wisdom about life or something.
4. Sayaka is so embarrased of her sisters shameless posing. It looks like Sachiko is just making things worse.
5. Sachiko experiences the prelude of child birth, but is still trying her best to hide it in order to help Sayaka out. Sayaka is terribly worried.
6. Sadly, Sachiko's determination can't postpone the labor..
