To be specific, the game is Akiba's_Trip_2 and the girl is Tokikaze_Shizuku. The game is coming out/out in the west under the title Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed (I hate localized names), but it should be acceptable to tag it just as Akiba's Trip 2.

The guy is the protagonist, but he's named by the player so I suppose you could tag him as Nanashi.
