Mmmm i dont know about a happy host, i think maybe the wasps sting contains a powerful paralytic and she's stuck there helpless and unable to move as that massive abdomen gets ground between her legs time and time again to lay as many eggs as the wasp can manage before its young break free ^_^

I feel sorry for the green caterpillars the wasp is parasitizing. Would have though they would be safe in a girl's uterus.

In another of this artist's pictures she's giving birth to a green caterpillar-y thing... So I guess she doesn't get eaten alive from the inside after all.
