True, Kagami would be the one wearing the pants in their relationship, it's more like Konata to be in a suit, since (A) she's a pettanko* and (B) she does things most guys would do and most girls won't.

While Kagami would be the one wearing the pants in their relationship, being the more responsible one, Konata would still wear the suit because it's been established that, on a whole, Konata's only biologically a girl.
