Yes but here's the thing:

This is not the old and dated Obi-wan; the "guy that defeated an uppity Anakin Skywalker" Obi-wan. If he can beat him, then beating a fappable Japanese version of a legendary Chinese fighter shouldn't be such a problem.

... To be perfectly honest... I think old/more experienced Obi-wan would have a much better chance than this Padawan/less experienced Obi-wan. Though, given what I've seen so far while watching The Clone Wars TV series, I think CW Obi-Wan would be optimal in this fight.
