The anatomy is a bit odd, but the overall enjoyability of the image allows me to excuse it as stylism! Love this artist's depiction of hanako, its nice that theres some actual representation for skin deformities once and a while. All too often it seems like artists will try to downplay physical differences in favor of a certain predisposed "sexy look."
