Took one liberty in translated (since I did all of these). The end note reads この世界 (this world), but the recommended reading (as indicated by the hiraganas on top) is ここ (this place). Now "this place" is often used between people that know each other and share friendship or more as "the place we hang out, the place we both know, our place for us". So I took the liberty of changing the literal "this place", to "us" in the broader meaning of "where we live and made memories". Yes. I'm toying with your feels.
