It's also one of the most strict, merciless pictures of restraints ever created. It looks very unhurtful and harmless, compared to how rough and relentless the restrain is on the girl inside.
The artist wrote into the description that the restrain is SUUUPER compressive to it's inside,
the restrain is told to be "nearly" to small for the girl inside - pitilessly pressing in onto the girl from all sides, ergo leaving her only with the ability of really small breaths.
It is also nearly cutting off the bloodcirculation in all her limbs. "Intentionally", to keep her as weak and subdued as possible, to ensure even further she has not a snowballs' survival-chance in hell, to escape.
No lie, i promise. It is nearly suffocating her. It's savage.
Best thing about this pic,
it caused a cool woman who is into bondage, to recreate this restrain in real life. >; )
She called is " fettern/fetters suit ", i my memory is correct.

You are right, this is truly severe and ruthlessly of how strong and deep the restrain constricts itself into the girl, nearly strangling her and cutting off most of her bloodflow,
but the artist also wrote in this story, that this is only done this way because she is superhuman strong and dangerous and that the staff who takes care of her, does that solely to keep her as weak and harmless as possible.
Otherwise, she could try to throw up a fight and injure people around her, when they take care of her daily needs like drinking, nutrition and excretions.
In the story, she is a mutant or the like, mutated from things like cannibalism. Kinda a bit like tokyo ghoul or something. They keep her locked up like this, in order to return her to a normal humans state, by experimenting on her.
