To be honest, this seems a combo of the "Sexy-armour" trope and the silly "gender-swap" idea. Usually gender-swap is funny or just a tad strange, but cute, but like anon5 pointed out, what the hell is the point of that fur (trying to keep warm in Northrend) when you don't cloth the entire body?

Granted, one can argue that as a Death knight, Arthas don't need to keep warm, but you know... that's... just dumb.
