i know what is going on here, from what i read... the girls in the very top panel making their own thoughts of Naruto pairing pairing off with the other guy characters... for instance Tsunade is thinking "JyuraxNaru and another guyXNaruto" Hinata is is thinking "NejiXNaru and KibaxNaru" Sakura is thinking "KakaxNaru and SasuXNaru" and Temari is thinking "GaaraxNaru and ShikaXNaru"

that's about all i can translate for the thought bubbles in the first panel, in the second one with Kakashi and Naruto. Kakashi is saying "Hm? what's wrong Naruto" and Naruto is saying something about having a weird feeling in his body...

that's all i can do for now... but that's my strong guess of what they are saying...
