For those who didn't know, the last part of episode 10 was expanded in the game, EF-the latter tale.
Mizuki (Miki around Yuuko and Yuu's time) was about to get hit by a car and was saved by Yuuko. Yuuko managed to limp back to church with Mizuki and in her last moments, she prays and haves a vision of her with Yuu, both grown up and she was holding a baby.
Yuu was on his way to meet Yuuko, but finds a broken doll and a torn scarf stained with blood.
He then looks to a trail of blood and finds it leading to the church.
When he enters, he finds Yuuko lying bloody and lifeless before the altar and Mizuki in shock. Yuu holds her, but breaks down in tears to find out that she had passed on.
