I always liked the idea of Li Mei, an Outworld denizen just trying to live and protect her people. Sort of gives people outside of Earthrealm some layers and complexity. Too bad that her endings usually sucked and she was one of the first to die off in Armageddon. They also probably don’t have anything planned for her currently since she was from the 3D era which nobody likes to mention unless you’re Kenshi but they didn’t really do anything with him either.
