This looks to be some stellar quality stuff that had a ton of effort put into it.

First off, it has sound and the quality is actually good. She isn’t selling it hard and overacting, the noises she makes are alright and isn’t mixed in with a lot of breaths. Plus her mouth actually moves as she makes them, that really shouldn’t be impressive but it is.
