Lucky Star is known as a Slice of Life Anime, not a Hentai, and Konata could actually have a Dick for all we know.
And on another note, this could be a completely different character, that only has the same face and hair as Konata

It's obvious this is based on Konata but more developed, so the tag is relevant whether or not it's "supposed" to be her (which is pointless to argue anyway unless the artist specifies.) Furthermore, I don't think anyone cares what comments you're responsible for. You should really let it go.
