tl;dc If one anime/game/whatever character is cosplaying as another character, the image should be tagged with the name of the character in the image, the name of the character being cosplayed, the name of the character being cosplayed AGAIN only with (cosplay) added to the end this time, and "cosplay."
[BTW, in this case I was using "tl;dc" to mean "too lazy, didn't click.]
