I’d like to think that it is. In lieu of Dragon Ball Fighterz’s success, Nintendo sent an invite to Goku but Launch pissed about her horrible treatment decided to intercept and steal it. She’ll probably hand it over as soon they allow her and Tien to be a thing and make the earthling warriors from around her time somewhat relevant again... which means she’s never going to give it and Goku will end up being replaced, probably by another Fire Emblem character.
