I like the two characters but Natsu win!
Ace is the fire and Natsu eat the fire.

Suddenly, he only has the Haki to attack him but Natsu beats him with his Dragon Force and his talents.

I don't know if Natsu could just swallow Ace (don't just follow what thet say on death battle. They do make huge mistakes in some matches). We saw Natsu trying to eat Atlas Flame. But he was kinda an eternal flame and that brings the question "Would Natsu eat Ace or just the flames around his body?".
