In facts, anon5, Skitty on Wailord will be fun, but there will be NO baby. Pokémons are categorized: they can reproduct with one, or two "eggs group". Lucario can have baby with the human group (Believe me: this group truly exist!!!). But, always due to the pokemon biology, it will be a normally little girl.

Anyway: a human is a human. She won't lay eggs.
