I found the source, and on that it says there's an uncensored version available from the artist's Fanbox and Patreon:

It's $5 USD (Patreon) or ¥500 Yen (Fanbox) to access them. Don't post the uncensored version to Gelbooru, paywalled art isn't allowed to be posted here.

yeah. sucks having to go to other, less convenient and more annoying places to find the shekeleer versions of images, but free is free I suppose
