Looks like the prostate gland to me, which is where semen actually comes from, well the 95% that isnt sperm.

Prostate is what makes the fluid sperm swims in and the white organ ought to be the bladder, only a cartoon drawing but not done a horrible job plus I wouldn't draw anything higher up, kinda gets very messy with the intestines and such
