I exported this as a WEBM with Pixiv Toolkit.
Should I have exported this as a GIF instead? Because that's the tag I saw used on Rule34 (rule34.xxx/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=4490433).

I just checked the tag history of that Rule34 post. The artist himself uploaded it in GIF.
I think this post should be removed instead.
