He's from the manga/FMA: Brotherhood.

Seeing as everything after Greed (Avarice) in the original anime was changed/wrong, they made a new one based off the now-finished manga.

Spoiler:

Ling Yao is the new 'Greed'. And it's not Ed or Al who actually kills the original.

that can't be Greed because the picture they're in right now is when Gluttony ate them and that was before ling got turned into Greed, and I don't know why Al is there.

dammit, he's right. But I'm just going to say this: if you look at fan art on the Internet, people get his eye color wrong all the time and anon #503052 can't be wrong or right about where they are, you can say that inside gluttony and father's lair look almost exactly the same in some places.
