Nothing wrong with your transliterations here, jerl, but even the Japanese find it strange when we reverse their family & given names in English (I don't think I ever once called my girlfriend Takigawa Miki).
The tone of the last bubble was off as well - it is pretty tomboyish speech, plus 'chama' is totally meaningless in English, so I changed it to its babyish equivalent. (^_^)
