Futanari is a broad term, generaly its should stand for canonically (in the fictional work) a girl with a penis. The configuration of that penis (with or without balls, multiple penises, multiple balls, a vagina, an asshole), or how it came to be ( created by magic, technology, whatever) is irrelevant.

Personally, there's just something incredibly hot about a woman with a dick. Like, I cannot get off to dudes, and dicks really don't do anything for me.
