Why is it so difficult to translate でる into a phrase that a native speaker of English might actually say during sex without sounding like a lunatic? (>皿<) (I think it's mostly because of the need to insert a dummy subject in English. That, and the cultural scripts for "sexy mid-coitus utterances" just don't align in general.)
