This has both "armpit_crease" and "armpit_lips". Yes, raised scrunched armpits will exhibit some creasing, but that shown here has way too many folds and other features. This is artifice evoking not just a crease, but shiny lips in skin which has nary a fold elsewhere, but so many here, fushigi, ne?
