Tagged as 1girl because in the source tweet, the artist mentions that they think Bridget is a girl, so it makes sense that the picture was drawn with that in mind. There's also no bulge where you'd expect there to be one, and this artist pretty much never draws characters with a male_focus anyways.

I was tagging it as male because on the replies to the tweet the author isn't correcting anyone referring to the character as male.
But I don't speak Japanese, I checked with a translator so I'll leave it as it is for now. If someone actually speaks Japanese feel free to check.
Alternatively if this picture eventually gets uploaded to his Pixiv (it's not there now) it should get tags straight from the author.

Fair enough, but I'm going off of this particular reply from the author to someone who called the character a girl:

"ほんと、お嬢ちゃんだなぁと思います。今回で決定的に道を選択されているようでお寿司"
translated:
"Truthfully, I think they're probably a girl. They seem to have chosen their path pretty definitively now."

That's the part that has me thinking this depiction is intended to be a girl, along with the fact that this artist only ever seems to draw women. But you're right, if it gets tagged otherwise on Pixiv then we should go with that.
