I don't believe that this picture is tagged under the correct artist. Just look at Homare's other works, and you'll notice the no-so-subtle differences between this picture and the pictures in his/her collection.

anyway, I'm only saying all of that because i really want to know the real artist behind this work of art :P

Obviously, i may be wrong in my assumption, but this pic doesn't really look like all of his/her others.
