Lunalilia is based on Narmaya, that's why there's look-alike and parody tag. Chris is based on Io (her in-game avatar).
That's why they can be tagged too.

By that logic... They're look-alikes + parody of Narmaya and Io ... those are elements in the image. Their look-alikes and parodies are in the picture.

I mean it's like you remove the original character tags they were based on, then you wonder "why's there look-alike and parody tag?" "They don't look like someone else or don't seem to be a parody".

It's like Ero mahou Fee Kissethermit looking like Mash from FGO which is why some tagged her as Mash... It's not wrong, she is based on Mash which is why she looks her. It's a look-alike parody. Which enables adding those tags.
