I somehow forgot to add the loli tag to this for a minute lol. I was sort of distracted by the amount of small objects that had to be tagged.

Those aren't there for people trying to find images of those objects. They're there for people trying to find this specific image again and who happen to remember that those objects are in the image. An image like this is generic enough that if you tried to find it using the obvious tags it'd be buried in a sea of similar but different images.
