That thing (don't know the word for it) must be attached really tightly around Chiyo Chichi, or maybe even
be glued on, cause otherwise it would just slip and fall off. Maybe it still does (barring glue) and he has to
fiddle around with it all the time and compensate for it slipping and put it back up higher.

Or it just stays on with magic... after all, it's Norio Wakamoto. That alone may possibly compensate for lack of / violation of physics.

(Yes, I'm more concerned about the phyiscs regarding that, than the physics of Chiyo Chichi himself... or the fire around the wheels for that matter.)
