Former massage therapist here and, yeah, it's pretty bad but not the worst I've seen. My guess is that she's either received bodywork before or was given a brief introduction beforehand, since some of what she's doing resembles actual techniques. Not much, mind you, but some. Like, around the 1:10 mark she's doing something that would qualify as effleurage but her strokes are too fast and she doesn't use enough pressure.
