For her face, her nose and mouth are not centered properly. Right now, they're too much to the left.

For her right hand, the pinky finger shouldn't be bent like that. It looks like the tip of the finger is broken. Meanwhile, her left thumb is too long. You can check this page for references on how the fingers should look like when taking off spectacles: www.offset.com/search/taking+off+sunglasses

As for her right shoulder, I think it's raised too high. It should be at the same level as the left shoulder or maybe just a little bit higher.
