| Description: | If you try to register from Tor Exit Node IP, you'll see "You can't perform this action. Reason: " whatever you enter as login and password. Tell "IP is blocked" in this message, because I found that's exact the problem and lack of reason took like 15 minutes from me. |

| This is because most Tor exit notes end up being banned. When a user account is banned, EVERY IP address we have associated with that gets banned as well. When a Tor user gets banned, that one person can end up taking out dozens of exit nodes. |
