Summary:Random/outdated (and undismissable) banner notifications
Description:Not a bug obviously but on the Profile, Trac, and Favourites pages I cannot get rid of the AI disclaimer and I also cannot remove the Gelbooru merch promotion on the Create a Ticket page.

This will be fixed when those pages get updated to the new layout.
