Unlike those two series, Carnival Phantasm is a wacky comedy that parodies those two. It features the cast of both series and most of the voice actors who've voiced the characters in those series return. It originated as a 2004 manga titled Take Moon created by Takahashi Eri who also created the comedy manga Kannagi. It was adapted into an anime OVA in 2011.
